Every day, in a few hours, the government, the locality, the NGOs, the volunteers, try to respond to the basic needs of these women, children, the elderly, almost exclusively : to care, to comfort, to feed, to warm, to inform, to orientate, to transport, each person, all of them in particular and painfully tested situations.

Chaque jour, en quelques heures, le gouvernement, la localité, les ONG, les bénévoles, tentent de répondre aux besoins élémentaires de ces femmes, enfants, personnes âgées, presque exclusivement : soigner, réconforter, nourrir, réchauffer, renseigner, orienter, transporter, abriter, chaque personne, toutes en situations particulières et douloureusement éprouvées.
